REPORT A MANUFACTURER DEFECT

If a defect is discovered, please email us at [email protected] with the order number and customer information from the original order. Please include photos of the defect as this will help to expedite the claim process. Please keep in mind that a manufacturer defect is a defect in a product that occurred during manufacturing and does NOT include issues that arise from regular wear and tear.
