Shipping

How long will it take for my order to process and ship?


For items that are in stock, please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing on standard shipping.

For orders placed with an expedited shipping rate, please allow up to one business day for processing on all orders placed after 12:00pm Mountain Time. Note, that we do not ship on weekends. https://rexom.shop for more details around expedited shipping options. Expedited rates only available for the contiguous United States.

Shipments are processed Monday-Friday.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $350 (pretax & post discount). *Free shipping only applies within the 48 contiguous states and is automatically selected at checkout, excluding APO, DPO, and FPO addresses.

How are shipping rates determined?

https://rexom.shopsubsidizes the price our customers pay for most shipping rates (it's true!). Because our product is large and bulky (that's why it's so comfy!), shipping is quite costly, even at our discounted rates.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship only within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and Puerto Rico) and Canada. Please note that orders to all U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, require a customs form and will, therefore, be treated as an international order. Shipping rates may vary. Customer is responsible for duties, taxes or fees incurred through international shipping.  

All items shipped outside of the United States, including U.S. territories, are considered FINAL SALE and our regular return policy does not apply. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase, please email [email protected] with the order number and photos of any issue.

All items on our website are priced in USD. When items are added to your cart the currency rate for your country will be recognized and you will see this at checkout.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?


Due to extremely high costs, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

What hours is your showroom/will call open?


Utah locals can place a will call order for pickup in our South Jordan office. After you place your order, you will receive an email once it's ready for pickup. Please wait for the email before heading in to the warehouse.
